halo s2 times square.
the bay doors open to reveal a futuristic war zone as a gigantic covenant arbiter and master chief tower over the streets of new york city! laundry recently partnered with paramount+ to promote the season 2 release of halo. laundry set out to bridge the epic sci-fi world with ours utilizing the huge multi-plane silvercast screens in times square. ooh media is evolving in ways that seek to break the confines of a single rectangular frame. these high-tech canvases allow for exciting opportunities to create a more immersive experience for audiences.
design & look development.
using it’s own visual legacy of futuristic military design, it became obvious what our main color palette was going to be. with that in mind work began designing an alternate hangar bay to the pelican’s ship signature design. after a few quick iterations a heroic design was chosen.
